Yonder Quilt Along - Finished Quilt Top

We have come to the end of the Yonder Quilt Along hosted by Briar Hill Designs.

You can see my fabric selections and first two blocks here.
  • Kona Snow and Waterfall
  • Botanique by Joel Dewberry
  • Atrium by Joel Dewberry
  • Clementine by Heather Bailey

And here is my finished quilt top...completed on time.

Now to decide on a thread colour and a quilting plan.  This 36-inch quilt will join my ever-growing pile of quilt tops that need to be quilted.

What are you working on this week?

  1. I just love the fabric/color in this quilt Anja! I'll be no help on motivating you to quilt it or the others in your pile...quilting is not my favorite part and I'm happy setting aside many projects until I can't take it any longer!

  2. Your Yonder top is adorable! Great mix of colors, perfectly balanced. It reminds me of ice cream sherbet on a hot summer day. :-)

  4. What a gorgeous colour scheme! I’d probably do some simple cross hatching as a quilting design....but that’s not my area of expertise!

  7. Beautiful!!! At first glance it looked like shirting fabric. You know I'd stick to simple walking foot quilting but you are way more adventurous than that :-)

  9. Terrific quilt and what a fun thing to quilt. You will come up with a great plan....it will be fun to see. I love the colors and mix of solids with the graphic prints.

  10. This is fantastic Anja! Yonder Quilt is #3 on my MUST Make Me Quilt List. #1 = Meadowland Quilt (pattern purchased and fabric chosen hopefully starting in July) #2 = Bad Girl Quilt (pattern purchased fabric NOT picked out, hopefully starting before end of year).
