Did you sew along with Yvonne @
Quilting Jetgirl for her Star Pulse QAL? It's a great pattern with lots of variations. I made the throw size with a single background.
I used Kona Black for the background, along with Meringue, Cactus, Chartreuse, Bluegrass, Bahama Blue, Lagoon, and Lapis.
I love this pattern! I will take some time to figure out a quilting plan.
I really love how the black sets the colors off like a beautiful neon sign, Anja. This is stunning!!
ReplyDeleteIt does remind me of a neon sign! So bright and beautiful. Can't wait to see how you quilt this. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

What a great choice of colors. It looks terrific. And, yes take your time contemplating how to quilt it.
ReplyDeleteLove your version!
ReplyDeleteStunning! I love this and it is so electric. My mother disliked Amish quilts because there was a lot of black. I love black in quilts...still a rebel I guess. It really is gorgeous.
