Stay at Home Round Robin - Round 5

This is the penultimate round for the Stay at Home Round Robin hosted by Gail @ Quilting Gail.

This week's theme was chosen by Emily @ The Darling Dogwood -- square-in-square blocks.

I decided to make smaller versions of my centre block.

I've decided to combine the final two rounds.  I ran out of the yellow background print, so was only able to make four blocks.  Stay tuned next week to see the final layout.

My progress:

Each Monday, a different blogger will reveal that week's theme.

  3. The fussy cut centers are so much fun. I am looking forward to the last prompt, too, so we can finish it up. Quilting mine has me baffled!

  6. Hi Anja! That was a clever and smart idea for this round. AND, I love the use of penultimate in your post. That's not one you hear or can use too often. I look forward to see this project when it is complete. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne

  11. Sorry that you ran out of fabric at 4 blocks, but that's better than 3, isn't it? Looking forward to seeing how you will work those into the final round, Anja!
