TGIFF - Baby Beluga

I completed another one of my FAL 2018 Q1 goals.  Dancing Narwhal (with a Beluga option) is a pattern from Andrea @ 3rd Story Workshop.  You can find Andrea's patterns here. 

 This wall hanging finishes around 16.5 inches.  I used the following Kona colours:  White, Cloud, Lake, Periwinkle, Lapis, Deep Blue, and Black.


The above photo was taken inside.  The colours don't look as rich outside.


 The blue background is from the Natural History collection by Lizzy House.  Why didn't I buy more?

    Oh, I understand your feeling of wishing you had bought more of a particular print. That Lizzy House print is super cute. Any plans for your Beluga?

    Such a cute pattern and a great finish. Love the background fabric, I have a similar one and wished the same thing, then I found some in a small shop and I bought the last couple of metres, happy happy.

    Yes, why didn’t you buy more of that background? :) It looks just as good as the moonlight sparkling off an evening sea as it would as a night sky! Lovely work, Anja.
