WIP Wednesday - Push-Pull Quilt Along

The first block for the Push-Pull Quilt Along was a lot of work...but then blocks two and three were much easier.  You can see the beginnings of this quilt and the many tiny HSTs here.

This is a great pattern by Yvonne @ Quilting Jetgirl.  I love my combination of Kona Red, Morning Glory, and Surf.

I started to realize there was going to be a lot of negative space in this quilt that would need quilting.  😲

And here's the finished (wrinkly) quilt top.

Now to figure out a quilting plan.  Until then, this quilt top will join the many others waiting to be quilted.

  1. Looks great Anja! I think we need to see the stack of tops in line for quilting.

  2. It does have a lot of negative space, and I hope it doesn't keep you from finishing it as I think that your bold colors and the design will be what draws the eye no matter what!

  13. I agree with you - the first block was a lot of work. I really had to concentrate to get the pieces laid out correctly. Lovely quilt top!
