Are you ready for round 5 for the Stay at Home Round Robin (SAHRR)? Next week will be the last round.
Round 5 was chosen by Brenda @ Songbird Designs -- half log block.
I used Kona Pacific, Red, Lapis, and Chartreuse to make this 12.5-inch block.
Since I was working with 2-inch pieces, I used my fabric glue from Acorn Makers.
I made four 6-5 inch blocks and rotated them to make my 12.5-inch block.
We have been seeing a lot of different layout variations. Are you sewing a traditional medallion layout, or something different? I tried a different layout this year. Stay tuned for the reveal.
Make sure you link up this week's round with Brenda before Sunday night to be entered in the prize giveaway.

ReplyDeleteOoh I’ve just drafted my 6” quarter log cabin, and was playing with how to do a cool set of four to make the 12” block and now I see yours with rotated sections, great idea!
ReplyDeleteAs always, your color choices are bold and beautiful! I'm looking forward to seeing your quilt later on.
