I made nine blocks -- eight to swap and one to keep.
The first two took me a long time to make. But then I had a feel for the pattern and was able to make each one in about an hour.
I had fun searching my stash to find colours to match everyone's preferences.
And here are all nine blocks together. In case you didn't figure it out, the last orange one is mine. 😊
I can't wait to start receiving blocks in the mail.

Beautiful! I think your collage looks like a great quilt, too, with white sashing between the blocks :)

ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! I really like the curved petals and the skinny stems.
ReplyDeleteReally cute blocks! I like that you send the blocks all at one time to everybody. Only one trip to the post office.
ReplyDeleteVery cute blocks! I think you need to make eight or more for your own quilt.
ReplyDeleteThey look great together and it will be fun to see all the blocks you receive in return.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute block! I'm assuming your blocks will all be orange when you receive them? What a happy quilt that will make! Can't wait to see the blocks all together. Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss.
