OMG April Goal - Meadowland Quilts

And with a blink of an's time to set an April One Monthly Goal.  OMG is hosted by Patty @ Elm Street Quilts.

I played along with the Meadowland QAL hosted by Then Came June.  I used a FQ bundle True Colours by Joel Dewberry.

I was a week behind in the QAL, but I managed to catch up.

The blocks were easy to make, but they were time consuming.

And then there were two 48 x 48 inch quilt tops.

I have two leftover blocks that I will turn into pillows to go along with the quilts.

My April OMG goal is to quilt both quilts and get the two pillows made.  I think I can manage with a four-day Easter weekend coming up.

  1. I love those blocks, they make a lovely quilt.

  2. The fabrics in your quilts are so cute. They work very well in the pattern. Good luck with your goal of quilting these beauties up by the end of the month.

  3. Such pretty colours! I can’t wait to see them all done! :-)

  4. These blocks look awesome! Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and good luck with your project.

  5. Such yummy fabric and a delightful pattern.

  6. Your fabric pull is magnificent. And you made good use of it!!! Lovely blocks.

  7. You got this! I really love that fabric collection. Very fun to work with!

  8. Great job Anja! Matching cushions will be a great addition to the quilts!
