2018 Mid Year Review

At the end of 2017, Yvonne @ Quilting Jetgirl hosted a 2018 Planning Party.  I decided to keep my 2018 goals simple.  It's now time for a mid year review.

My three goals were:
  • Organize all my fabric into one space -  ⛝ Epic fail - Have not done a thing to achieve this goal.  Guess I have a lot of work to do in the next six months.
  • Continue to sew projects that make me happy - ✔
  • Continue to have fun -  ✔

These are a few of my recent finishes that I had fun making:

Lisa the Unicorn

Star Thistle

I wonder what's in store for the rest of 2018.  Let's keep having fun!

  2. Two out of three is definitely doing well, Anja. I think that the only way to accomplish the first is to really set it as a priority for one day a week or something like that. I don't know; is it really that important to you do consolidate into one room? Haha. :) I hope you have a great rest of 2018!

  3. Being happy and having fun is the most important thing, the rest will follow.

  5. I think I am in the same place as you on your three goals. Does organise fabric into one space allow for the sorting into project bags? Is the one space one cupboard or, more generally, one room? Bother. I fail on the one room test too - I can think of a project basket that migrated out of the sewing room into the sitting room. I hope you do better than me!
I think point two should be given first place on the list. Fun is important in a hobby. :)
